Valentina Sastoque, BCaBA, CEO
CEO
Valentina Sastoque is a distinguished Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with a robust background as both an Administrative Director and clinical practitioner in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Graduating Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Psychology from Florida International University (FIU), Valentina is proficient in both English and Spanish, enabling her to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
Valentina’s expertise lies in her ability to work with families from various cultural backgrounds, always emphasizing cultural competence and sensitivity. She excels in training parents and clinicians with a blend of empathy and encouragement, fostering an environment where learning and growth are paramount. Her strong work ethic and adaptability allow her to tailor her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
In her professional journey, Valentina has taken on leadership roles that showcase her strategic vision and dedication to improving the field of ABA. As the CEO of her practice, she combines her clinical skills with administrative acumen to drive organizational success and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Outside of her professional commitments, Valentina is passionate about spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs, exploring new destinations through travel, and maintaining an active lifestyle with indoor cycling. She also enjoys immersing herself in a good book, finding inspiration and relaxation through reading.

Adam Ventura, MS, BCBA
Chairman
Adam Ventura is a trailblazing Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a graduate of Florida International University (FIU). Known for his entrepreneurial spirit, Adam has founded and grown multiple successful businesses in the field of behavior analysis.
Adam’s ventures include the creation of World Evolve, Inc., a 300-employee ABA therapy company that operated in three states before he sold it in 2018. His knack for identifying opportunities and building sustainable business models led to the establishment of Bueno Ventures, Inc., where he creates and mentors behavior analysis startups, driving innovation and excellence in the industry.
A prolific author and speaker, Adam has shared his expertise on ethical practices and leadership in behavior analysis at numerous prestigious conferences and through several influential publications. His dedication to advancing the field is evident in his commitment to fostering new enterprises that make a positive impact on behavior analysis worldwide.
Juan Sastoque, M.A., BCBA
Founding Board Member
Juan Sastoque is a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 16 years of experience in the field of behavior analysis. An enthusiastic instructor, presenter, and consultant, Juan completed his graduate degree at the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) in 2016. His passion for behavior analysis ignited during his tenure at Miami Cerebral Palsy Inc., Intermediate Care Facility, where he served as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP).
Juan’s journey in the field has seen him rise through the ranks, starting as a Direct Support Professional and Behavior Assistant (now Registered Behavior Technician, RBT), and advancing to become a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Today, he proudly holds his BCBA certification.
As an entrepreneur, Juan has provided direct services to individuals and is a fervent advocate for interdisciplinary collaboration. His professional repertoire includes consulting, training, and supervision, with a particular focus on ethical practices in the field. Additionally, he has played a vital role in several auditing processes as a compliance officer, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards. Juan’s dedication and expertise make him a distinguished figure in the world of behavior analysis.
